  Hi,

     While i am trying to connect to bi development studio in yukon beta2..i am gettting the error - Connection can't be made.Pls check whether the server is running.. but all the services required are running.. what else could be the problem..?

  Have you checked your deployment property.  It defaults to localhost, so if you have instaled a named instance, you will get this error.

  Worth a look.
