I know that this is a known issue, but my question is more about asking for a work around.
I have seen a reply from someone in a forum here that gives a soltution: http://information-management-enabled.blogspot.com/2005/11/access-database-from-sql-200564.html
But I am looking for other possible solutions. If I am going to install SQL 2005 Express 32 bit version on the same computer, then could I possibly use the 64 bit server to connect to the 32 bit server and access a view that is created through a linked server on the 2005 32 bit?

I did not read the link, here is what you need in Win2003 you need SP2 this adds x86 ODBC in your WOW64 directory. If you are in Win2008 there is x86 ODBC. If you choose to use Express then you should download the x86 binaries for x64.
