Connect Enterprise Manager to SQLserver using port 3155

    SQL Server 2000

    Trying to connect a remote Enterprise Manager (EM) to a SQL Server using port 3155.  Does EM only attempt to connect on port 1433?  Is there a way to over ride this in the registration process.

    The database has the enabled network protocols of NamedPipes and TCP/IP.

    Specify a connection of <server>,<port>. For instance: myserver,3155. Or use an alias using cliconfg.exe.
