Hi,
I am new to SSRS. I have installed SQL Server 2008 on my machine (windows 7 64-bit) and i have also configured the reporting services. I was also given a web URL for the reporting services. When i click on the url, it is asking me for the login id and password. I am unable to figure it out what can be the login id and password for this? will it be the same as management studio login? I have tried with the management studio login bt it did not work.
Can anyone please help me how can i overcome this and start building reports using SSRS?

There is a configuration tool in Start >> Programs >> Sql Server >> configuration tools

its asking for your windows account and password

When i give my windows login ID and pssword, I get the error message as:
"The permissions granted to user 'Pranitha-PC\Pranitha' are insufficient for performing this operation. (rsAccessDenied) Get Online Help"

you need an account with sysdmin to connect, then configure the security (using the roles in RS) via the URL http:\servername\reportserver
