I have to compare the source excel file with destination SharePoint list to remove duplicates. How can i design the package to compare the source file with destination file and update destination file with non-duplicated data?

I believe you can use an Aggregate Transformation[/url] to accomplish this.
In my case, it was the first result from this page.
If you're looking to avoid adding in rows that already exist in the destination, I believe this page will have more info.
