We have a 2 SQL server cluster in our environment.
I will connect via RDP to ClusterName, but I will be directed to SQLserver1, as I should.
Users from our domain exist, but have to be manually added, we cannot browse.
When attempting to search for domain users, I received the following message.
The program cannot open the required dialog box because it cannot determine whether the computer named "ClusterName" is joined to a domain. Close this message, and try again."
The workaround requires us to us the identical letter case for Logins as they were entered into Active Directory. However, I would like to resolve this issue to ensure our environment is communicating without issue.
Any guidance is appreciated.

I've tried to replicate what your doing on 6 different clusters, this is a network thing.
