Guys,
if the cluster goes offline for while does the replication setup under those nodes will come to sync by itself when cluster comes online or do we need setup it again ?

have you checked the replication job history and status?

No we are about to take the cluster resources offline.so its a question from my end whats the impact on replication in this case

replication will catch up.
