Changing SQL Server listening port number with T-SQL?

  Hi,

       Is it possible to change SQL Server listening port number (e.g. change from default 1433 to 10001)? I am not aware of any stored procedures which can achieve this but I want to know whether it is feasible to change it using registry editing stored procedures like xp_instance_regwrite.
