Changeover from SQL 2000 to SQL2005

  We are having SQL 2000 database with replication under WinNT Server 4.0 OS. We want to changeover to SQL 2005 under Windows Server 2003 OS (All Standard version). Please send us the steps to be followed for this changeover (either through replication between SQL 2000 and 2005 or through complete data transfer from from SQL 2000 to 2005).
