Challenges in upgrading SQL Server back-end database for SAP

  Hi Team,

  We are planning to upgrade SQL Server 2008 database to SQL Server 2014.

  This database is back-end database for SAP application.

  Does anyone has some insights on the challenges\difficulties that  we face in achieving this? Is there any major difference between any other SQL Server DB upgrade vs SQL DB supporting  SAP application?

  Any suggestions\insights are highly appreciated.
