Hi
I am trying to connect to Integration Services via the Connect button in SSMS. When I enter in the server name and click connect I get the following error - message -
Failed to retrieve data for this request. (Microsoft.SqlServer.Management.Sdk.Sfc)
Connecting to the Integration Services service on the computer "Server Name Here" failed with the following error: "Access is denied.
".
This error occurs when the computer has not been configured to allow remote connections through DCOM, or the user does not have permission to access the SQL Server Integration Services service through DCOM.

I have asked our DBA to look into this, he said he has given me sysadmin privileges temporarily and done whatever else is neccessary.
I am still receiving the same error after our DBA made these changes and I think he has ran out of ideas so that is why I am posting on here.
Please can someone help?
Thank you
