    Hello,

    I have a SQL 2017 and I want to use business intelligence development studio(Bids),

    I dont see the App on the start menu.

    Integration service are exist.

    BIDS is the older version for SSIS development from SQL2005 to SQL2008R2

    in 2012 and Above, BIDS had a name change to SSDT(SQL Server Data Tools). it is basically the same tool with anumber of upgrades, and uses new versions of the .NET framework.
