SQLServer 2000 AS: browse cube - "Provider cannot be found. It may not be properly installed."
Hi everyone,
This is my first post. I am using AS for the first time. I get the error described when trying to "browse data" on my new cube. To my knowledge (and after checking my work several times) I am sure I have done everything correctly according to the introductory tutorial that comes with AS (I have listed the table of contents below - for anyone who wants to know where I'm stuck). In short, I can "edit" the cube and browse each of the dimensions and the fact table without any problem (the base data is displayed - so I know the ODBC setup is fine), the "design storage" step appeared to work fine as far as I can tell, and the "process" step ran without error! So how can I now have problems browsing the cube? What Provider is it talking about?
