  The index on books online keeps showing up with entries grayed out. When I click on the entry, an error message that says:

  Selection does not appear in current subset.

  Please create or choose a diffrent subset.

  Any suggestions?

  There is a drop box above the index area that states "Active Subset" set to (Entire Collection)" to get all available.
