I leave my computer on, but it shuts down after about 20 minutes, including the dual LCDs that power-save. The printer shuts down and takes a couple minutes to wake up when we print, but we can live with that. All the laptops shut down pretty quickly.
The one hassle is my external mouse doesn't let Vista kick on the screen saver, so I need to disconnect it every day.

The statement that they have saved 555,447.233 Watt Hours could be a tongue in cheek kind of thing. That translates to 555 kWh, less than most peoples monthly electric bill.
Maybe a better example is that the generator attached to the building that I am in with produce 500 kWh running at full load for one hour.
