I may be alone here, but am I the only one to think that watching this https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GSZPvF2u6WY is actually better than watching some of The Big Bang Theory episodes?
I know Adam is a member and contributor on this site but I must admire his sense of humour and ability to get things across. I think my favourite quote is ".. and if you thought cursors, you should leave now!".

Actually looking for something else but stumbled across the link by accident, thought it was a great lecture on Indexes and query plans, no where near as dry as the MVA stuff!

OMG, I can't stop laughing. 😀
I agree that Adam, along with others, have great presentations which invite you to learn and not to bore yourself to death. Those are the kind of presentations that are helpful for training.
