  Hi everyone,

  I’m working with some old SSIS 2005 packages, and I’m trying to improve troubleshooting. What is the most reliable way to capture detailed Data Flow–level errors in SSIS 2005, especially when rows fail during transformations or lookups?

  It's been years since I was on 2005, but I think that the redirection of errors was available, even then.

  Have a read here, for example.

  This will allow you to view the rows that fail, with the reason for the failure.
