Batch processing in sql 2012 fails

    Batch processing task executed successfully in oracle 11g but fails in sql server 2011 due to Thread joins.can ideas?

    Do you really think you gave us enough to go on with that short one-liner to be able to assist you?? No table structures, no query, no error message - nothing. You gotta help us help you!
