Is there a script that I can use which exports the DDL required to reconstruct a ms sql server 2012 database (tables, views, grants ...) to a textfile. Something like the oracle equivalent of expdp CONTENT=META_DATAONLY

Thanks, that is from the management studio. Is there a commandline equivalent?
