Repeating the question doesn't really help with giving more detail. Could you explain the problem in more detail please?
What are you trying to do? What problem are you trying to solve? What are you needing to do with the 'backup'? The more detail the better.

Thanks,
I need to backup data from a query. I think about this:
BACKUP DATABASE 'sourceDB'
Select * from Table where Day = '20.07.2015';
TO DISK = 'F:\Program Files\Microsoft SQL Server\MSSQL\Backup\sourceDB.bak' WITH FORMAT

Repeating exactly the same thing again and again isn't giving me more detail!
A backup is of a database, an entire database, not a query. You cannot put a select into a backup statement
What problem are you trying to solve here? What do you need to do with the saved results?

Apparently, for this user, it DOES lead to a solution... and here's the evidence...
