Back up error in log back up job run!!!

    Hi all,

    I have job set up for log back up but some how it is failing and in SQL server log file it show series of this error:

    BlkHeader from strip 0 At 38a66400 ExpectedAt 38a66400 Size 400 PrevSize 200

     

    how can i solve this?

    There is a minor inconsistency in your TRN log file. Shrink the log file manually selecting "Truncate free space". And re-submit your backup job. This should solve the problem.
