  I am considering implementing an Azure Postgres DB for use in a part of an ETL process.

  I would need it to be very low touch for administration and management.

  I am not worried about learning development differences; it would nearly exclusively be accessed through ORMs or python.

  There wouldn't be a need to do anything more than the most basic tuning.

  Does anyone have any experience with Azure Postgres? Is it as low touch as Microsoft claims it is?
