Aws rds transfer/migrate login/users to other rds

  Hi ,

  I have script to extract all users details with password and permissions. But when i execute it on rds it only gives details of users who have logins as well. Not fetching details for users without login.

  I cannot create objects in system/master database.

  What best option i could use to generate all users details?
