Automate export to excel and CSV file

    Currently we have a data link in excel which pulls data from a SQL query, this runs manually every time we open the excel file. Ideally we want to overwrite the 2007 Excel file every 15 minutes or so automatically and in an ideal world do the same to a CSV file. Is this feasible from SQL

    Seems like something you'd do with a subscription that runs every 15 minutes and writes out your file. The biggest issue I can foresee would be what happens when Bob from accounting leaves the file open while he goes to lunch, or do the users only get a read only copy?
