Well a couple of things. First of all the job title listed there is ADBA whatever that means. It also states "Senior Engineer". That is a clear indication that it is not a job somebody new to the DBA universe. The biggest issue I see is that whatever is described in the job description sounds like they want a senior level support engineer, who also happens to be a DBA. My advice, look for another position. As you said you are new, this is the not the job for a beginner.

Salam! izayak ya mohammed? 😛
Manage the platform backend servers. In addition to database tuning and performance monitoring.
Maybe.. depends on the size of the company.
Take care of the database design and its implementation. Implement and maintain database security (create and maintain users and roles, assign privileges).
Yes.
Follow-up on the daily health checks and fix problems once they appear on a server.
Of course.
Ensure to meet the systems availability for all the backend systems excluding planned outage.
Of course but will you get paid extra for this?!
Insure to solve assigned Trouble Tickets (TTS) for the supported systems within SLA.
Yes.
Clear notification for any production problems - IR report
Yes.
Escalate and communicate raised issues from Vodafone OpCos to the 3rd line of support.
Yes.
Keep up to date with the new product versions and new releases.
You don't need a job spec to tell you this!
Transfer the knowledge to the first line of support.
Yes if you want to make life easier for yourself!
Transfer the knowledge to the new comers in the second line support team.
Same as above.
Ensure to use the preproduction environment for testing activities before launching a new service.
Of course!
Ensure to maintain the preproduction environment similar to the production platform.
Of course!
Ensure to maintain the preproduction environment availability for all the backend systems excluding planned outage.
Will you get paid extra for this? What if you're on holiday?!
Manage installing and upgrading software. This includes the deployment of new shipments.
Maybe.
Pretty impressive wish list if you ask me but perhaps it doesn't sound that bad if you're only supporting a couple of servers and a few databases. Either way, this isn't a junior DBA position so perhaps you should avoid!
How much is the job paying?

It takes a minimal capacity for rational thought to see that the corporate 'free press' is a structurally irrational and biased, and extremely violent, system of elite propaganda.

Society has varying and conflicting interests; what is called objectivity is the disguise of one of these interests - that of neutrality. But neutrality is a fiction in an unneutral world. There are victims, there are executioners, and there are bystanders... and the 'objectivity' of the bystander calls for inaction while other heads fall.
