Hi!
I am having an active/active MS SQL2000 cluster (two instances on two nodes)
/*W2k Advanced Server sp4 + MSSQL 2000 Server sp3 */
Found these errors on one of the node (this set of errors happened several times)
No errors like these on another node.
What Could this be? How to correct the problem?

did you check that the account that runs the cluster has access to your sqlserver. (login should do)

Yes, the domain account, that Cluster service uses to log on has a login with sa role...
