  It's possible but it might not be legal.

  Extract from ApexSQL EULA:

  C.Excepting authorized users of You, the Licensee, as provided by this Agreement, You may not distribute, publish, or otherwise disseminate the SOFTWARE ACTIVATION Keys to any other persons, organizations, entities, newsgroups, locations, and/or sites whatsoever. Except as provided herein, it is a violation of this Agreement to distribute, publish, or otherwise disseminate SOFTWARE ACTIVATION Keys.

  D.Only ACTIVATION Keys provided by ApexSQL or approved reseller may be used to unlock, access, and use the SOFTWARE. The use of ACTIVATION Keys obtained via other means constitute violation of this Agreement and may result in termination of this, and any other, license agreement(s) with ApexSQL.
