Hi,
I created a task in my SQL Agent, but when I started my job, I have this message
[396] An idle CPU condition has not been defined - OnIdle job schedules will have no effect
In sql 2005 where I must define CPU Condition ?
Thanks.

Hello. Ours currently isn't set. We have the same set up of SQL 2005 Clustered between two servers. Could I ask what you set yours to?

What values did you use? I got the same problem and can't seem to find what should go in those two fields.
Average CPU usage falls below : ( x ) %
And remains below this level for : ( y ) seconds
Is there a way to calculate and/or know what I have to put in those two fields?
Thanks,
tcw

Is it possible that SQL Server Agent wouldn't execute a job if CPU idle went below a certain threshold?

I just went with the default. 10% and 600 seconds.
