One of the database is not in sync in both primary and secondary replica. The db size is 2 TB .how can we make sync in both replica in a minimum time frame ..

more detail please, one database in a group of many?
have you checked the state of the mirroring endpoint on all replicas?
is data movement suspended for some reason?
