Hi,
I am getting an error while i was installing AdventureWorks Database 2008 like 'This setup may only be run on x86 platform' can anyone please help me.

So you are running SQL Server 2008 x64 go to the link below and download and install AdventureWorks 2008 database start with the lite because the full version require enabling filestream before installation.

No,I have tried to install x86 but i go the error i donot know what is going wrong because i have enabled filestream and full text filter .
now, i have installed x64 but i couldnot find its backup file for restoring the database.for installing i have followed this link.

I have read the link you posted which comes with two installation options if you cannot restore the .bak it means that you have run to into the same problem I had that is you need to go into configuration manager and manually enable file stream I enabled all the options and also make sure full text service is running. Then go into Management studio and verify file stream is enabled on the server.
You could also try the install db file which I used only in SQL Server 2000 about five years ago.

Go to server properties and advanced to see if file stream is enabled if no enable it but start with the configuration manager.
