adding new columns in csv

    Dear experts,

    I am trying to Create SSIS package which just writes the result in flat file.

    Trouble i am having is if i add new columns in source file it's not adding as new columns in my flat file.

    As far as i can think of it seems like it's mapping problem.

    I would be greatful if any of you can provide any assistance.

    Well if you change the data columns in the source file, you have to add them to the flast file connection manager component and through the data flow to the output file.

    It won't happen automatically, you have to manually reconfigure your SSIS package to provide the additional information/data
