I already have two packages that load this Excel File and I have had no issues.
I'm wondering if the package is corrupt?

I did not change the package to run in 32 bit mode.
I have ran SSIS Packages in 64 bit on older OS's and it was not an issue however when I deployed the package I had to set it 32 bit.
