nic large receive offload is enable it is decrease sql server performance any one have any experience about it? why?

we have erp system and we get account detail and we have 10 gb bit network card
when we disable large receive offload performance is oke but when we enable this
performance is very bad detail is that.... SQL SERVER 2008 and this large receive offload
relation ship i can t solve it....
