I can't see any Unit_Cost column in your dataframe, but hist() usually does the trick. 😉

Had to take a wild guess here, as Unit_Cost doesn't seem to be available in the data frame...

There were a lot of columns in there, and I grabbed the first bit on the screen. I added Unit_Cost to the display in the question.
