  thsi is my requiorement can any oine suggest on this

  The farm servers are 64bit so there are some 32bit DTS components that will not work if they are in the DTS packages. Would it be possible to convert them to SSIS packages or just run them in a job?

  Replace your DTEXEC.exe 64 bit with the DTEXEC.exe(32bit). but i am not sure about the impact it will cause.
