Hi All,
We got a serious prob.
We are having sql server 2005 express and sql server 2008 devolper edtion running on the machine.
recently we uninstalled sql server 2005 after that sql server 2008 is not working.
What will be the cause of this and how can we overcome this issue??

Can you give more details.
How did you uninstall sql server 2005.
with regard to sql server 2008, what is not working, do the sql services still exist, are they running. can you check to see if the service account is locked out. is managment studio not working or the sql services.
it might be a simple job of restarting services or you might have to do a reinstall of sql server 2008

It would help if you posted the errors, or what aspects of SQL are not working. Are the services up?
