The Joyful Craftsmen has become the new owner of Revolt BI. The merger creates one of the most significant independent groups in the field of data analytics, business intelligence and artificial intelligence on the Czech and Slovak markets.
The owners of both companies decided to finalize the transaction this week. The new group will have approximately 100 specialists and will offer clients comprehensive support across the entire area of working with data – from creating a data strategy to building data platforms, reporting business intelligence regarding advanced analytics, managing data governance and implementing solutions using artificial intelligence.
We are combining the strengths of both companies
Our companies share a similar view of working with data and, for a long time, both have been helping their clients use data as a tool for better decision-making and business growth. At the same time, each company has built strong expertise in different areas and technologies.
“The strengths of both companies naturally complement each other technologically, sector-wise and culturally. This will enable us to offer our clients even broader expertise, more technological possibilities and support throughout the entire data journey – from strategy to concrete business results,” says Jaroslav Reken, co-founder of Joyful Craftsmen.
While Joyful Craftsmen brings extensive experience with complex data transformations, cloud platforms and artificial intelligence, Revolt BI is among the respected specialists in business intelligence, modern data platforms and data visualisation. The merger creates a team with an exceptionally broad technological scope and experience across all sectors.
Nothing changes for clients
Nothing changes for existing clients of either company. All projects will continue under the leadership of the current teams and points of contact. Integration will take place gradually with the aim of connecting the know-how, technologies and professional competencies of both companies.
The advantage is that our existing clients will gain access to a broader portfolio of services, a larger team of specialists and expanded options when designing and developing data solutions.
“We believe that joining forces with Joyful Craftsmen will bring our clients new opportunities and access to an even broader spectrum of expertise. We thank them for their trust to date. Everything they are accustomed to will remain unchanged – service quality, personal approach and the people they have been working with over the long term,” says Giuliano Giannetti, founder of Revolt BI.
A response to the growing importance of AI and data
The merger comes at a time when our clients are increasingly investing in data, automation and artificial intelligence. Growing demands require a combination of strategic, technological and analytical competencies capable of covering the entire lifecycle of working with data. Therefore, the goal of the joint group is to be a long-term partner for organizations in their data transformation regardless of the chosen technology or platform.
Communities will continue
Moreover, both companies have been home to active professional communities, Joyful Data Talks and Data Punkers, which have, for a long time, proudly connected data professionals, shared experiences and supported the development of the data ecosystem. Both communities will continue following the merger of these companies.
We look forward to a shared successful future and to the new prospects that this merger will bring to our valued clients, treasured employees and the entire data community.
