I'll also add that if you've never written an article before or if you want some good examples of articles, click on "Articles" on the left side of your screen and peruse the 4 and 5 star articles for the good examples and also check out the lower rated articles, especially in the discussions that follow because that's where peoople explain why they rated the article high or low.
