  I need to take the Reporting Portal down for maintenance and can't figure out the steps in 2016. In previous versions I simply logged
  into the server and navigated to the SSRS folder below and rename the app_offline.htm file.
  C:\Program Files\Microsoft SQL Server\MSRS12.MSSQLSERVER\Reporting Services\ReportManager\

  The app_offline.htm would have a custom message indicating the system is down for maintenance.
  What's the steps in 2016?
