     I want Data from the Sql table to Excel in predefined Excel Template . I have attached file and this should be auto schedule

    What is your question here exactly? You seem be staying us to do your work for you. The users here are volunteers, we don't get paid to help you.

    Could you please expland on your post? It'll really help if your ask a question, include what you've done so far, where your stuck and any errors you've received.

    Create a stored procedure to get the data you want, then use an SSIS task to export (use the Wizard maybe), then add the job to a schedule?
