Hi I had done a mistake .'' i had updated on column but it refelected to all columns. i m not used BEGIN TRAN .'' Please tell me how can i get back that data..please help me..

If you didn't have this update in a transaction it will be a little challenging. You can either restore to a point in time or restore to a point before the update, to a separate database of course!!! Then you can retrieve the incorrectly updated data.

Get a backup that was taken before the update. REstore it as a new database. Copy the data over.
