sql 2000, memory and processors do not report in server properties

    Hi all,

    As anyone seen this

    I am running sqlserver enterprise edition 2000 sp4 on a 2 cpu and 2gig ram server 2003 windows sp1

    when going to server properties either in the memory or the cpu tab, nothing is showned there like the server is not recognizing it anymore.   It was ok before,  tivoli tsm for backup just got installed on the server.

    The old adage 'what changed last' may apply. However the soulution is relatively easy - I'd just reinstall EM !
