I am not cluster guy so would like to know how i can resolve the issue that i have.
Cluster iActive/Passive & is on RAID 5. one of the drive fails, so we put new drive & after that NODE 1 is able to see that new drive but NODE 2 is not & due to this problem NODE 2 is not starting. i didn't get enough information about error message. so i am planning to do some thing from scratch or to fix the issue in a more better way. or if some one can give me links or steps that when Drive fails then you need to do certain things before you remove the drive & put NEW one in. Any steps to do so will be appreciated & thanking in advance.

shared drives have to be added to the server resource groups which have the various nodes allocated etc.
check in cluster admin manager

hmmm ... it does not add up .... one drive failing on RAID 5 still leaves the array, which shows as one logical unit, usable. Is this a shared RAID array on attached storage or on a SAN ? If it is on a SAN absolutely nothing should have happened. If it is on attached storage, well it depends on the vendor's hardware and software.
