And the DBATools powershell will also give the information...

Get-DbaErrorLog -SqlInstance sql01\sharepoint -LogNumber 3 -Text "login failed"

Many people aren't allowed DBATools. Not sure why, as it's a great resource.

To be fair, the question asked for T-SQL, so shelling out isn't always the right solution.
