Overthought this one.

I decided that IDENTITY was part of the table definition and that SEQUENCE has to be tied to a table, and thus, "linked".

Yeah, the wording might not have been the best. I was trying to get to the idea of comparing the two and having either/both/neither work for an autoincrement value.

Happy to reword if you have a better idea.
