how can I make it work like before or default for SSIS packge developement?

Is a previous project opening up when you open it? Or do you have a completely blank project?

What do you have listed in the solution explorer tab?

When clicking file -> New Project, do you get a screen like this:

And in your toolbox, is the window scrollable - each item is collapsible as displayed in this image.

It look like package.dtsx was an existing one and is a maint plan package.
Create a brand new package with a different path and a different name.

I ask another person to remotely into the box just I do, he can see the control flow tasks in the tool box.
Is that only settings for my visual studio, how can i reset the setting totally to what is default?
I did try in the tool box reset tool box, it still not show.
