Unfortunately we can't see what you see, so can't help you.
Can you provide us with the error message you are receiving? It may also help if you could provide a sample of the csv (not real data, just data that demonstrates the problem), and the DDL for the table that you are trying to insert the data into. Also the code you have already tried would be of benefit as well.
