Hello, I have a weird issue... We have two node cluster, one of which has been down for a bit for SAP issues…
The Working node has a weird issue that when and or if it gets rebooted the SQL Server Authentication Mode will flip/switch to either Windows or Mixed, each time you reboot it…
Can you help?

It means the registry key for that is being rolled back/reset. Make sure the registry is saved correctly, doesn't have any corruption, etc. Which mode SQL Server uses for authentication is stored in the registry.

Make sure it's the same on both nodes as well.

Aye, I'd agree with Steve on this one, check the registry on both nodes. I don't believe the registry hive is replicated automatically with respect to the SQL Server service.

Both servers have the same Reg setting..
