Hi,
We are in SQL Server 2000 and we just changed our databases to full recovery model last month and expect the full recovery will include t-logs backup and truncate the t-log automatically.
However, the t-log is keep growing and the last successful full backup was 2 days ago but didn't reduce the log size.
Can someone tell me what we might do wrong and what we should do now.
Thank you.

You still should to run log backups. The log potentially has virtual log files that are not empty and cannot be deleted.
You can use this script to shrink the log
