Basically, you're going to pivot this data. Read the two cross-tab/pivot tables articles in my signature.

I think that this will do it:

Try this:

The only thing I'm seeing is the way that you populate your @splitTimes table variable. I'd change it to a set-based method:

It might be worth using temp tables.
